Mike Raven had Worked for John Cooper Garages since 1993 starting as a Car Valeter,preparing the Honda & Mini Cooper cars  for customers,Knowing Mr John Cooper since 1993 respected his way of working and understanding the needs of customers,enjoyed the position he had,having the opportunity to take hold of a Car Hire department of Mini Coopers which was offered to him, decided this was a step forward in a intresting and diffrent company with diffrent ideas took this position in 1996,Mike enjoyed this for about 4 years supplying many customers from all walks of life and from around the world meeting many intresting people,in 1998 John Cooper decided that the Mini Brand needed a new premises as the Mini side of the business had expanded,Mike was offered a position to take the Car Hire and become a member of a small team to take on a venture at East Preston,Mike soon was a key member and worked with a good friend and colleague in the service department Rob Jones,Mike enjoyed the cut and thrust of the service side of the business,enjoying dealing with peoples needs and how the car ticked under Robs guidance,soon the service side of the business was doing well, Mike worked with Rob in service for about 3 years before a position came avalible in the sales side of the business,this Mike decided to take as he likes new challenges,Mike started selling the Classic Minis New and used and gave a new challenge,Mike has sold many New Rover Minis including 25 specials to a US customer,with the introduction of the New BMW MINI Cooper in 2001,Mike sold many of these in Cooper Works and Cooper S Works forms,to many wealthy and well known people,with the classic minis sales slowing at John Coopers and the sad closure at the end of July 2006, Mike decided to take a new venture and keep the Classic Mini flag flying as it his passion,to supply good quality cars as John Coopers infulence has been driven into him from the start.
